Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Menu Development: Design and implement seasonal menus that reflect creativity, local ingredients, and guest preferences.
• Cost Control: Manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, and ensure efficient stock management and supplier relationships.
• Health & Safety: Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate and innovative culinary professional with a proven track record in high-end kitchens.
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent knowledge of food trends, sustainability, and modern cooking techniques.
• A commitment to excellence and a guest-focused mindset.
