The Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly scaling catering business—born from a successful gastro pub—specialising in Italian pizza with Welsh inspiration.

This is a fully autonomous role for a high-level operator to essentially run the events and site operations as their own. We are looking for a true "foodie" from a strong hospitality
background who lives and breathes quality service and artisan products. You will balance the management of a permanent site alongside a national event catering operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Autonomy: Full responsibility for the daily logistics of the permanent site and the mobile event units.
• Events: Managing the event catering side, dealing directly with event organisers and businesses to coordinate setups in the local area.
• Staffing & Recruitment: Complete oversight of the team, including recruiting, training, and managing staff for both the fixed site and event rotations.
• Compliance: Full ownership of HACCP, Health & Safety, and food safety audits across all locations.
• Growth & Networking: Proactively networking with local and national businesses to secure high-value event bookings.
• Revenue Strategy: Developing creative initiatives to drive sales and brand presence during the quieter winter months.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Background: A passionate "foodie" with a solid hospitality management background who understands the standards of artisan catering.
• Essentials: Full UK Driving License and weekend + bank holiday availability.
• Leadership Style: A "get stuck in" professional who leads by example, from administrative planning to high-volume service on the front line.
• Experience: Significant background in managing both fixed-site and mobile/event operations.
• Knowledge: Expert understanding of HACCP and current food safety legislation.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial and comfortable acting as the face of the business when dealing with event organisers and corporate partners.

What Our Client Offers

• Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
