The Role
Our client is seeking a warm, professional, and guest‑focused Duty Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate hospitality environment dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Positioned within the beautiful guest spaces, this role acts as a vital bridge between Guest Relations and Food & Beverage, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive. You’ll also handle a range of administrative duties, including responding to enquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring the team is fully prepared for service with a clear understanding of guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a welcoming and professional point of contact for all guests
Supporting both Guest Relations and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service
Managing guest enquiries, reservations, and pre‑arrival communication
Ensuring the team is fully briefed and prepared for each service
Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation and hospitality
Handling guest feedback with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
Overseeing the smooth running of daily operations across guest‑facing areas
Upholding the highest standards of organisation, safety, and service delivery
Key Skills & Traits
Naturally warm, welcoming, and guest‑focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Impeccable personal presentation
Strong attention to detail
Good computer literacy and written communication skills
Proactive, intuitive, and able to anticipate guest needs
Previous hospitality or guest‑facing experience is advantageous
A passion for hospitality, seasonality, produce, and sustainability
