Salary: OTE £37,570 per year

The Role

Our client is seeking a warm, professional, and guest‑focused Duty Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate hospitality environment dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Positioned within the beautiful guest spaces, this role acts as a vital bridge between Guest Relations and Food & Beverage, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive. You’ll also handle a range of administrative duties, including responding to enquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring the team is fully prepared for service with a clear understanding of guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a welcoming and professional point of contact for all guests

  • Supporting both Guest Relations and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service

  • Managing guest enquiries, reservations, and pre‑arrival communication

  • Ensuring the team is fully briefed and prepared for each service

  • Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation and hospitality

  • Handling guest feedback with confidence, warmth, and professionalism

  • Overseeing the smooth running of daily operations across guest‑facing areas

  • Upholding the highest standards of organisation, safety, and service delivery

Key Skills & Traits

  • Naturally warm, welcoming, and guest‑focused

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Impeccable personal presentation

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good computer literacy and written communication skills

  • Proactive, intuitive, and able to anticipate guest needs

  • Previous hospitality or guest‑facing experience is advantageous

  • A passion for hospitality, seasonality, produce, and sustainability
