The Role:
As a Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our key recruitment divisions. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services to clients while meeting business growth targets. This role is perfect for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the leadership skills to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, helping them achieve individual and team goals. Provide training and development opportunities to support growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Ensure that our services meet their recruitment needs and exceed expectations.
- Business Development: Drive new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client accounts while identifying new prospects.
- Performance Management: Set clear targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals. Conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions with team members.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and profitability for the division, ensuring that revenue and cost targets are met.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands. Develop and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a senior role within the industry (team lead, manager, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a team.
- A track record of driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
