Our client - a leading consultancy firm is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team. This is a strategic and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to shape financial outcomes and drive commercial success across multiple business units.
Partner with senior leadership to deliver financial strategy and drive profitability
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and high performance
Own financial governance, controls, and reporting across key business areas
Identify commercial opportunities and cost efficiencies to enhance business performance
Act as lead finance contact for major client contracts, supporting negotiations and relationship management
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals
Collaborate with operational teams to embed financial best practices and continuous improvement
Minimum 2 years post qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Proven experience leading finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people (Enhanced DBS required)
