We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Learning Trainer to join the growing Learning and Development function. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining technical creative design with adult learning to build captivating e-learning modules, instructional guides, and training videos.
Not from a traditional L&D background? No problem! If you bring a strong technical creative background (such as multimedia design, video editing, or digital content creation) and want to pivot into the L&D space, full training on adult learning methodologies will be provided.
Digital Content Creation: Design and build high-quality digital learning materials, interactive e-learning modules, written guides, and video content that drive knowledge retention.
Delivery & Facilitation: Design and deliver engaging learning interventions and flexible IT/systems training across all business levels, both virtually and in-person.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the wider L&D team, subject-matter experts, and external partners to translate complex requirements into simple, beautiful learning resources.
Evaluation & Data: Measure training effectiveness using analytical tools to leverage data, deliver actionable insights, and prove clear impact.
Culture & Strategy: Support the broader L&D strategy, actively driving a culture of continuous professional development across internal and external teams.
Creative Design: Proven experience in creating digital content or e-learning solutions. Proficiency in tools such as Articulate (Rise/Storyline), Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or Camtasia is highly advantageous.
Facilitation: Confident presentation and delivery skills, whether presenting virtually or in person.
Tech Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
Mindset: A methodical, detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work comfortably under pressure.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build collaborative relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
Desirable: L&D-related qualifications (CIPD or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Generous Leave: 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays + your birthday off as an extra paid day!
Flexible Holiday Scheme: Option to buy or sell annual leave to suit your lifestyle.
Health & Security: Private medical insurance, life insurance, and enhanced family-friendly leave policies.
Perks & Culture: Great high street discounts, subsidised learning/qualifications, and a fun, flexible, human-centred team environment where you have true autonomy to grow.
Note: As this role may involve working with partners in the education or social care sectors, the successful candidate must share a commitment to safeguarding and will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
