Job Summary:
A contract catering company is currently on the lookout for a Digital Content Specialist, focusing on content creation, graphic design, and social media management to enhance our online presence. You'll collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop engaging content, manage social media, and create promotional materials aligned with the brand’s values and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Content Strategy: Develop and execute digital content across websites, social media, and email. Manage social media accounts and create campaigns that reflect the contract catering branding.
- Graphic Design: Design promotional content, including digital ads, social media graphics, and print materials.
- Photography and Visual Content: Conduct and edit photography to meet brand aesthetics.
- PR Campaigns: Design graphics for PR materials and collaborate on campaign content.
- CRM Campaigns: Create content for newsletters and analyse campaign metrics.
- Ecommerce: Update the ecommerce platform with new products and gift cards.
- Reporting: Produce monthly analytics and insights.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Events: Assist with event marketing and organisation.
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in digital content strategy, graphic design, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media tools.
- Strong portfolio and photography skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
