Working alongside an experienced Restaurant Manager and an ambitious Head Chef, this is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering service excellence, leading high-performing teams, and playing a pivotal role in an exciting culinary journey toward 3 Rosette standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and room service operations

• Act as a host and visible leader on the floor, delivering warm, professional service at all times

• Deliver and uphold high standards of food, service, and guest experience across all F&B touchpoints

• Maintain detailed product knowledge and ensure team confidence through training and guidance

• Step into leadership of the department during the Restaurant Manager’s absence

• Assist with rota planning, team development, and departmental administration

• Inspire, motivate, and develop the restaurant team in line with company values and service ethos

• Ensure feedback is addressed with professionalism and used constructively

About You:

• Experience in a similar supervisory or management role in a fine-dining or high-quality venue

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, proactive approach

• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail

• Professional, polished, and a strong ambassador for quality and service excellence
