Our client is looking for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join their brilliant and talented team, bringing with them a passion for high quality food and dedication to their craft.
Helping the Chef de Partie to prepare dishes within their section
Assisting with the management of their specific section of the kitchen
Training and supervising Commis Chefs
Following health and safety procedures
Assisting senior chefs, including the sous chef and the head chef, in creating new dishes
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards
Experience working as a Commis Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie
Confident running a section in a busy kitchen environment
Solid understanding of food safety and allergen management
Enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn
Passionate about quality food and seasonal ingredients
Able to work well in a close-knit, team-oriented kitchen
