The Opportunity

A prestigious countryside restaurant, proudly holding a Michelin star and 4 AA Rosettes, is seeking a passionate and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join its exceptional kitchen brigade. This is a rare opportunity to develop your skills in one of the UK’s most respected culinary environments, working with seasonal ingredients and alongside some of the industry’s finest chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie and wider brigade in the preparation and service of dishes to the highest standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across your section.
• Assist with mise en place and daily prep for lunch and dinner service.
• Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen and support junior team members.
• Take part in menu development and seasonal changes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a fine dining or luxury hotel setting.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and refined presentation.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from senior chefs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a close-knit team.
• Culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
