As a Cook Manager, you will go beyond the kitchen, acting as a visionary leader with the flair to elevate the dining experience and establish the facility as one of the best in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Control: Manage and improve all controllable costs, including stock, food, and labour to ensure profitability.

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence daily.

• Culinary Innovation: Oversee menu development and drive engagement through exciting monthly promotions and added-value events.

• Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all standards, systems, and essential legislation are met through regular audits and proactive management.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of Gross Profit (GP) management and the strategic ability to meet sales targets.

• Craft Excellence: Fantastic craft skills with a genuine commitment to using fresh ingredients for high-quality food.

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in line management with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Compliance: Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.

• Qualifications: An OND/HND is a bonus, but substantial on-the-job experience is highly valued.
