We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a supportive and professional environment.
What You’ll Bring

- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the hotel’s high standards
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, banquets, and events
- Step in to lead the department in the absence of senior management
- Mentor and train team members, including apprentices and trainees
- Ensure all guest requirements are met promptly and professionally
- Attend and contribute to regular team briefings and planning meetings
- Maintain health and safety standards and report any risks or incidents
