Job Title: Commis Chef
Establishment: Luxury Hotel
Location: Nr Redditch
Salary: £11.94 per hour + Service Charge
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in Food Preparation: Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients and assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes.
• Learning Different Sections: Gain experience across various kitchen sections, including grill, larder, and pastry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth food production and consistent quality.
• Adhering to Recipes & Menus: Follow recipes and guidelines for food preparation to ensure dishes meet customer preferences and menu standards.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure food safety at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate individual eager to build a career in the kitchen.
• Basic food preparation skills and a desire to learn and develop.
• Ability to work under supervision and take direction from senior chefs.
• Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
