Commis Chef
Location: Hampshire
Salary/Benefits: £25,500 to £26,500 per annum + tips Live-in accommodation available
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade at a prestigious 4-star hotel located in the heart of Hampshire. Working within a fine dining environment, the successful candidate will experience a variety of service styles including restaurant service, afternoon teas, room service, and events. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to develop their skills under the guidance of an experienced and supportive senior team.
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency across all services.
Work alongside the section head to maintain smooth, efficient service through effective planning and communication.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues across all departments.
Minimise waste and work efficiently to maintain stock control.
Uphold a professional appearance in line with company policies and take pride in the care of your uniform.
Carry out any reasonable tasks as requested by management.

A flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential – full training and development will be provided.
