Job description High volume, fast-paced kitchen, providing a range of freshly produced items Breakfasts being top of their list, being in Fryup Dale tasty cakes and tray bakes are a firm favourite with our cyclists, they pride themselves on using only fresh seasonal local produce.
Flexibility and a can-do attitude come in very handy. Sociable working hours generally from 8am until 4pm approx. They are looking for an experienced chef/cook/baker to join our existing team To help develop food offerings and assist in managing day to day operation of kitchen and food production to ensure the kitchen is maintained to a high hygiene standard at all times
and safe food handling practices are followed. To ensure COSHH and HACCP guidelines are achieved and maintained The ideal candidate is a creative and driven individual keen to develop and create new food experiences. Holds an intermediate hygiene certificate and a minimum of 2 years
