We are now looking for an enthusiastic and talented Chef to join our Client at a brand new B&I site in Newport, delivering fresh, high-quality food for a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh meals for breakfast and lunch and hospitality functions
- Ensure food is presented to a high standard and meets agreed specifications
- Support menu-development with creative, seasonal, and cost-effective dishes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
About You:
- Proven experience as a Chef
- A passion for great food and fresh ingredients
- Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standars
- A proactive team-player
