Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef to join our Client’s growing canteen team. This is a fast-paced environment where excellent service and efficient organisation are essential. You will deliver fresh, high-quality food in a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh meals for breakfast and lunch and hospitality functions
- Ensure food is presented to a high standard and meets agreed specifications
- Support menu-development with creative, seasonal, and cost-effective dishes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
About You:
- Proven experience as a Chef
- A passion for great food and fresh ingredients
- Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
- A proactive team-player
