Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 + Tips (Average £3K extra)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pineapple Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Golf Course, a family-run business set in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. Our client takes pride in delivering excellent food and service to their members and guests. They are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Cook/Chef to join their dynamic team.

The Role
We are seeking a hardworking and flexible Cook/Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and cooking a wide range of meals, from sandwiches to the famous Sunday Carvery. You will also play a key role in managing the cellar, assisting with front-of-house duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from light bites to three-course meals.

• Work efficiently in a busy kitchen, bar, and restaurant setting.

• Assist with cellar management, including stock rotation and maintenance.

• Support front-of-house operations, including bar and restaurant service.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Act as a keyholder and assist with locking up on a rota basis.

• Work weekends on a rota basis to ensure smooth operations.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: Previous experience in a busy kitchen/bar environment is essential.

• Flexible: Able to adapt to multiple roles, including kitchen, bar, and front-of-house duties.

• A Team Player: Reliable, personable, and enjoys working collaboratively.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills with high standards in food preparation and service.

• Committed: Willing to work weekends and take on keyholder responsibilities.
