The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join a friendly and professional kitchen team. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs in a well-run kitchen, preparing quality dishes from fresh ingredients and contributing to a menu that reflects the seasons and local produce. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen

• Support the Senior Chefs in daily service and kitchen organisation

• Take responsibility for your own section and maintain consistent standards

• Assist with stock rotation and help keep wastage to a minimum

• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times

• Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu updates

• Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

• Experience working as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

• Confident running a section in a busy kitchen environment

• Solid understanding of food safety and allergen management

• Enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn

• Passionate about quality food and seasonal ingredients

• Able to work well in a close-knit, team-oriented kitchen
