Full-time | £32,700 per year + Service Charge

The Opportunity

Join a small, privately owned collection of three unique hotels in Gloucestershire. Our Client is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join their culinary team. The company is committed to sustainability, holding Bronze EarthCheck certification and actively working towards Silver, engaging all teams in this crucial effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce food as directed by senior chefs, using modern methods and fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the assigned kitchen section operates effectively and efficiently daily.
• Maintain sufficient mise en place for both lunch and dinner service.
• Ensure all food (including staff meals) is of a consistently high quality.
• Support and train junior team members to ensure product consistency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Good industry knowledge and demonstrated food production skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 1 and CIEH Level 2.
• Ideally, a year’s previous experience in a similar role.
