Our client is a small, privately owned company with a unique collection of three hotels, each with its own distinctive style and character, offering guests a diverse range of experiences. They are seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join their culinary team.

The Role:
- Under the direction of the Head Chef, Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef, prepare and produce food as directed using modern methods, equipment, and fresh food
- Ensure that the section operates effectively daily
- Ensure that all food cooked and served is of a high quality
- Maintain sufficient level of mise en place for Lunch and Dinner service
- Ensure that Staff meals are of a good wholesome and healthy standard
- Provide junior members of the kitchen team with support in training and development so that service and product delivery is consistent
Skills & Requirements:
- Good industry knowledge
- Demonstrate good food production
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 1 and CIEH Level 2
- Ideally a year’s previous experience in a similar role
