Pineapple Recruitment is thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join a small but dynamic kitchen team. Whether you’re an eager Apprentice Chef or Commis Chef ready to grow your skills or an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop in a supportive environment.

You’ll work closely with the Head and Sous Chef, honing your skills across all sections of the kitchen while upholding the high standards the team has set since opening last year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in line with the menu.

• Ensure all food is prepared to high standards and delivered on time.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment, including workstations and equipment.

• Adhere to food safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth meal preparation and service flow.

• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (preferred).

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
