Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Presentation: Prepare and present dishes according to Hotels specifications, ensuring high-quality standards across all sections of the kitchen.
• Section Management: Efficiently manage multiple kitchen sections, including grill and larder, ensuring smooth and timely food production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive/Head Chef and team to maintain our culinary standards.
• Menu Execution: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and plate dishes according to customer preferences and menu requirements.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic chef with a genuine passion for food.
• Experience in managing multiple sections, including grill and larder.
• Ability to thrive in a branded environment and take pride in delivering high-quality dishes.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
