Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, managing your section and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Take ownership of your section, ensuring smooth service and quality control
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Uphold strict food hygiene and safety standards
• Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials

About You:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef looking to step up
• Passionate about working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• A positive team player with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
