Chef de Partie - Kineton

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for our client that is an independent pub based in the beautiful surroundings of Kineton.

They are now looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to their customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Qualified Candidates Must:
Have prior experience in restaurant cooking
Be able to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing, running, reaching, and lifting
Be able to communicate effectively through effective written and verbal communication
Have knowledge of nutrition and food safety laws
Have knowledge of cooking techniques, as well as be able to follow instructions for prepping food and cooking it quickly and efficiently
Have knowledge of sanitation regulations
