Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Presentation: Create and present high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections.
Section Management: Efficiently manage multiple sections, including grill and larder, ensuring timely and consistent food production.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive/Head Chef to maintain the venue’s high standards and meet specifications.
Menu Execution: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and plate dishes according to menu requirements and customer preferences.
Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous hygiene and cleanliness standards for safe food preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
A genuine passion for food and dedication to high-quality dishes.
Ability to manage multiple sections and perform well under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Strong organisational skills and experience working in a branded environment.
