The Role
Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their dedicated kitchen team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences, working with high‑quality, seasonal produce — much of it grown on the estate itself.
You’ll take ownership of your section, support junior chefs, and contribute to the creation of innovative, beautifully executed dishes that reflect the venue’s connection to the land and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard
Take responsibility for your section and ensure smooth service
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to develop and refine menus
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen
A genuine passion for food, flavour, and quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
