Location: Castle Combe
Salary: £34,940 per annumm + Tips
Hours: 48 hours per week

Job Summary:
Pineapple Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team at a unique establishment that blends rustic charm with contemporary dining. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a 2AA Rosette-awarded kitchen, where local, seasonal produce is at the heart of every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen.
• Contribute to the development of creative menus and ensure consistently high food quality.
• Provide feedback to the Sous Chef from both colleagues and guests.
• Mentor junior team members, including Commis Chefs and Demi CDPs.
• Assist with daily ordering, stock control, and menu planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in line with company standards.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
• A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and grow. 
• Strong understanding of health and food safety regulations.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• Creativity and innovation in food preparation.
• Experience in supervising and guiding junior kitchen staff.
