We’re seeking a chef with a strong foundation in fine dining who is ready to thrive in a high-performance environment. You’ll be joining a well-established team in a state-of-the-art kitchen, where creativity, discipline, and continuous development are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end kitchens.
• Strong technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food.
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine love for the craft.
• Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership of your section, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Your Role:

• Manage and maintain your section from prep through to service.
