Salary: £15.40 ph
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week
Working Pattern: Fixed 4-day week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday)

Pineapple Recruitment is delighted to partner with a passionate, people-first hospitality group to find a Chef de Partie / Farm Café Chef for a picturesque farm shop and café near Basingstoke.
Set in a vibrant countryside location, this popular venue is loved by regulars, walkers, and families for its fresh, hand-crafted seasonal menu. Everything is prepared on-site using high-quality ingredients with a genuine "no shortcuts" philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
- Service Prep & Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across breakfast and lunch service.
- Section Management: Run and manage your section smoothly during peak service periods.
- Kitchen Operations: Assist with prep work, stock rotation, deliveries, and minimising food waste.
- Hygiene & Standards: Maintain immaculate food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a friendly, efficient customer experience.
- Menu Contribution: Share creative ideas to help evolve and improve the seasonal menu.
About You
- Experience: Previous experience as a chef cooking from fresh is required.
- Passion for Quality: Takes genuine pride in cooking real, fresh, seasonal food.
- Personality: Organised, reliable, positive, and calm under pressure.
- Team Player: Enjoys working in a small, close-knit, and collaborative environment.
