Hours: 40 hours per week | Straight shifts | Rota basis | Every other weekend off

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for daily service and special occasions
• Contribute innovative ideas to menus and food presentation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulations
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Operate across various kitchen sections as required
• Assist with stock control and help minimise food waste

About You

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a Chef de Partie role
• Passionate about cooking, with a flair for creativity
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Calm and efficient under pressure
• Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
