A world-class restaurant set within a luxury countryside estate is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join its acclaimed kitchen brigade. With a Michelin star and 4 AA Rosettes, this venue is renowned for its exceptional culinary standards, creative menus, and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food to the highest standards.
- Run your section efficiently during service, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Support the development of creative menus and seasonal offerings.
- Mentor junior chefs and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock control, and food safety in line with company standards.
- Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement across the brigade.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
- Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work to the high standards expected of a luxury establishment.
- Experience supervising and guiding others in a professional kitchen.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
