Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: Bustling Cotswold Pub & Retail Venture
Location: Cotswolds
Salary: £37,500 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, live-out position – own transport required

Job Summary:
Pineapple Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality venture in the Cotswolds. This exciting opportunity is part of a vibrant new project featuring a lively pub, food trucks, and a retail shop stocked with locally brewed Hawkstone beer and fresh, seasonal produce sourced directly from British farmers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the pub’s seasonal menu
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Support the kitchen team and assist in training new staff members
• Ensure efficient food production and smooth kitchen operations
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Contribute to menu planning and development using fresh, local ingredients

Skills and Attributes:
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for provenance and seasonal cooking
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for being part of a new and growing team

Education and Qualifications:
• Food Hygiene Certification (Level 2 or higher preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence (required due to limited public transport)
