Salary: £33,000 p/a + Tronc (Approx. 4k)

Pineapple Recruitment is excited to represent a beautifully located and highly regarded luxury venue in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this award-winning countryside retreat.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily running of a refined, produce-led kitchen
Prepare and present dishes to high standards across multiple sections
Support senior chefs in menu execution and development
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
Contribute to a positive team culture, mentoring junior chefs where needed
Uphold consistency, quality, and the guest dining experience
About You:
Experience in a high-quality kitchen, ideally with Rosette or Michelin background
Deep passion for cooking and a love for fresh, local ingredients
Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach
A reliable team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn
Strong ambition to grow and progress within the industry
What We Offer:
Competitive package up to £37,000 including gratuities
4-day working week, with additional days fully paid
