Pineapple Recruitment is excited to represent a beautifully located and highly regarded luxury venue in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at this award-winning countryside retreat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily running of a refined, produce-led kitchen

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards across multiple sections

• Support senior chefs in menu execution and development

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation

• Contribute to a positive team culture, mentoring junior chefs where needed

• Uphold consistency, quality, and the guest dining experience

About You:

• Experience in a high-quality kitchen, ideally with Rosette or Michelin background

• Deep passion for cooking and a love for fresh, local ingredients

• Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach

• A reliable team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong ambition to grow and progress within the industry
