As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and contribute to the continued success of this highly regarded establishment.

Role Overview:
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected of a 2 Rosette kitchen. You’ll support the smooth running of service, contribute to menu development, and help mentor junior chefs. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about fine food, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to grow within a respected culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and safe service
• Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative, seasonal menus
• Maintain the exceptional food quality and presentation expected of a 2 Rosette kitchen
• Provide feedback to the Sous Chef and collaborate on continuous improvement
• Mentor and support junior team members, including Commis Chefs and Demi CDPs
• Assist with daily ordering, stock control, and planning based on business needs
• Ensure the kitchen meets cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Champion the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen
• Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
• Experience in a Rosette or fine dining environment is highly desirable
• A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the rural location of the venue
