The Opportunity
Our client is an iconic, world-class sporting venue situated in Berkshire, frequently ranked among the top 100 in the world. Following the hosting of major international championships, they are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their prestigious culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Section Management: Take responsibility for a designated section, preparing and executing dishes using fresh, high-quality, and local ingredients.
Service Standards: Maintain the exceptional culinary standards required by a world-class private members' venue.
Seasonal Adaptability: Manage a varied workload, with hours balanced across the year (45 hours during the peak season of April–September; 35 hours during October–March).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the senior chef team to ensure a seamless service for both daily dining and high-profile club events.
