Chef de Partie – Historic Estate & Spa | Worksop / Mansfield Area
Full-Time | £13.64 per hour
Our client is an award-winning historic estate and spa in Nottinghamshire. Operating multiple kitchens from elegant á la carte to high-volume buffet service, they are seeking a Chef de Partie to join a large, professional brigade and take ownership of a dedicated section.
Section Management: Prep and manage your assigned station to exact specifications.
Service Delivery: Maintain high standards and consistency during busy, high-volume services.
Teamwork: Support the Sous and Head Chefs while mentoring junior Commis Chefs.
Stock Control: Minimise wastage and ensure correct storage and rotation of ingredients.
Compliance: Uphold 5-star food hygiene and rigorous Health & Safety standards.
Experience: Background as a Commis or CDP in a busy hotel or high-volume restaurant.
Skills: Strong craft skills with a solid grasp of cooking techniques.
Reliability: A calm, team-focused professional eager to develop their career.
