Take ownership of a kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.
Assist in the creation and execution of dishes for the hotel’s various dining outlets.
Work efficiently and safely to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Oversee the daily operations of your section, including food preparation and stock rotation.
Collaborate with the senior kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Be aware of food allergies and the necessary measures to handle them.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step.
A keen interest in cooking and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
