Salary: £34,000 p/a + Tronc (Approx. 4k)

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior chefs to deliver high-end, produce-led dishes
Uphold consistency, quality, and presentation across all sections
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene standards
Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates
Support junior team members through mentorship and training
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
About You:
Previous experience at Michelin or multi-AA Rosette level
A genuine passion for cooking and exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, dedicated, and calm under pressure
Ambitious and motivated to grow within a high-level kitchen
