Chef de Partie – 2 Rosette Restaurant

Location: Between Oxford and Swindon
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + TRONC (Estimated £4,000–£5,000 p/a)
Live-in Available: Studio Apartment

We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant, currently working towards its 3rd Rosette, seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their ambitious and youthful kitchen team.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing your section, preparing and presenting dishes to Rosette standards, and working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs. The kitchen is focused on fresh, seasonal produce and innovation, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes
• Maintain a clean and efficient section
• Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
• Split shifts with scheduled half days

Requirements:

• Experience in a Rosette or fine dining environment is highly beneficial
• Strong background in fresh produce is essential
• Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Driving licence beneficial due to rural location
