Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + TRONC (Estimated £4,000–£5,000 p/a)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant, currently working towards its 3rd Rosette, seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their ambitious and youthful kitchen team.
You’ll be responsible for managing your section, preparing and presenting dishes to Rosette standards, and working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs. The kitchen is focused on fresh, seasonal produce and innovation, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team.
