Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus Scheme + Paid Mileage Location: Worcester (Remote with occasional site visits) Reporting to: Director of Operations Contract: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
The Opportunity
Our client is a specialist procurement and operational consultancy dedicated to delivering measurable value to businesses within the food and hospitality sectors. As the organisation enters a significant phase of growth, they are seeking a strategic Change & Transformation Analyst to act as the "operational engine" for their client-facing teams.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role bridges the gap between back-end operational efficiency and front-end client excellence. The successful candidate will not just be reporting on the business but will be architecting how the company functions to ensure services remain scalable, data-driven, and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Scrutiny: Evaluate and optimise core systems, specifically Procure Wizard and Halo CRM, to eliminate data silos.
Process Transformation: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of change initiatives, from identifying bottlenecks to technical implementation.
Operational Auditing: Review workflows across supplier onboarding and client reporting to find efficiencies and establish clear SOPs.
Data Insights: Build and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track ROI, savings, and supplier performance.
Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Nutrition, and Client Service teams to identify and fix friction points in the client journey.
The Ideal Profile
System Mindset: Proven experience managing or optimising E-procurement platforms and CRM/Service Desk tools.
Change Agency: A consultative approach with the confidence to challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Data Proficiency: Advanced process management skills are essential; experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a significant advantage.
Industry Context: Experience within the Food, Hospitality, or a fast-paced procurement environment is highly desirable.
Mobility: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for occasional travel to client sites.
Work Pattern & Location
Local Candidates: A Hybrid model with regular presence at the Worcester Office.
Non-Local Candidates: The client is happy to consider Remote working for the right person, provided they can attend occasional on-site meetings and audits.
