Due to exciting growth, they are expanding their Business Support Team. This role is the "heartbeat" of their operations, acting as the vital link between customers and technical departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Excellence: Act as the first point of contact via phone and email, providing high-quality support to resolve staff and customer queries efficiently.

  • Operational Triage: Manage and track support calls, ensuring complex issues are seamlessly transitioned to the correct specialist teams (IT, Finance, or Sales).

  • System Ownership: Take ownership of core platforms, including maintaining accurate data across business databases and updating service-specific information.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to make internal systems more efficient and assist in implementing these improvements as the team evolves.

  • Core Office Support: Handle essential administrative tasks and back-office functions that keep the Worcester Head Office running organised and smoothly.
