and customer experiences with exceptional service, sustainability, and diligence at the heart of everything they do.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their growing Business Support team, to help offer a variety of support across the whole business by working collaboratively
and efficiently within the team.

As a Business Support Administrator, your role will be varied and supportive, reporting into the Business Support Manager.
This will be an office based role, with the opportunity for hybrid working depending on the needs of the business.

Business Support Administrator Position Overview & Responsibilities
• Day to day administration, call queues and customer service support
• Opening customer supply accounts within the agreed SLA timescales
• Analysing and processing data in relevant systems
• Maintaining multiple system databases accurately
• Providing analytical support where required i.e. benchmarking and shopping baskets
• Providing system and process support to the wider team and customers i.e. the use of
our ordering and stock portal Procure Wizard
• Coordinating sales support within agreed timescales
• General team support

Business Support Administrator Position Requirements
• Administration experience employing good communication and organisational skills,
including confidence in answering the phone
• Attention to detail, analytical and numeracy skills
• Great interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders in an
approachable yet professional manner
• Proactive team player with a “can do” work ethic
• Comfortable working in a pressurised, deadline driven environment
• Excellent time management, with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload to
meet deadlines and SLA timeframes
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn new systems

Desirable (not essential)
• Google Suite experience
• Procurement experience
• Procure Wizard experience
Procurement Administrator Position Remuneration
• 25 days' holiday excluding bank holidays
