The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, brand-new role created to drive aggressive growth for two powerhouse brands within the refreshments and premium apparel industries.
We are not looking for "tender-focused" consultants or long-cycle bidders. We are looking for a high-energy, "hunter" salesperson who thrives on fast-paced product sales, door-opening, and closing deals. This is a unique opportunity to represent two distinct catalogs—refreshment solutions and premium apparel—selling directly into a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Generate New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new accounts across England and Wales.
Target Verticals: Direct outreach to Education, Leisure, Business & Industry (B&I) sectors and more.
Field-Based Activity: Spend the majority of your week on the road, meeting decision-makers, demonstrating products, and closing sales.
Relationship Management: Build a robust pipeline from scratch and manage the transition of new clients to the account management team.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent both brands with expert product knowledge and a professional demeanour.
The Ideal Candidate
The "Hunter" Mentality: You love the thrill of the chase. You are motivated by hitting targets and seeing the direct result of your hard work in your commission check.
Product Sales Background: Proven experience in fast-moving product sales (FMCG, Vending, Apparel, or similar) where the sales cycle is quick and decisive.
Sector Experience: Previous experience selling into education (schools/colleges) or sports clubs is highly advantageous.
Self-Starter: As a remote, field-based worker, you must be disciplined, organised, and capable of managing your own territory effectively.
Excellent Communicator: Ability to pitch to a Headteacher in the morning and a Sports Club Chairman in the afternoon.
Requirements
Full UK Driving License (Essential): This is a field-based role covering a large territory.
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
No "Tender" Background: We are looking for direct sales expertise, not administrative bid management.
Willingness to Travel: Extensive travel across England and occasionally Wales.
