Hours: Full-time, including weekdays and weekends

About the Role:

Pineapple Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Manager to join a friendly and energetic restaurant team at a luxury hotel near Cirencester. This role is integral to delivering a first-class guest experience, ensuring the smooth operation of morning service while leading and developing the Front of House team. The Breakfast Manager will also work to promote the restaurant, maximise covers, and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the morning team to provide warm, professional, and intuitive service.

  • Oversee and manage the restaurant Front of House team, ensuring a smooth breakfast and lunch service.

  • Prepare the restaurant ahead of service to ensure guest comfort.

  • Offer expert product knowledge and recommendations to guests.

  • Maintain high service standards, ensuring the restaurant operates seamlessly.

  • Supervise, allocate tasks, and develop the Front of House team, setting an example of excellent service.

  • Handle guest expectations and complaints professionally.

  • Coordinate with reservations and reception to manage hotel resident bookings, prioritising their experience.

  • Ensure special occasions and guest preferences are noted and executed.

  • Conduct staff training, including service training, allergen awareness, and health & safety.

  • Implement and oversee SOPs, checklists, and due diligence.

  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

About You:

  • Experience in a guest-facing role within a restaurant or hotel.

  • A team player with strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • A positive, can-do attitude, passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Excellent communication skills and immaculate presentation.
