About the Venue

Pineapple Recruitment is partnering with a magnificent country house hotel estate to recruit a dedicated Breakfast Chef. Catering to guests enjoying premium leisure getaways, the morning breakfast service is a bustling, high-standard operation.

You will lead the morning shift, working as part of a wider, highly structured 30-strong kitchen brigade that deeply values quality, efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Ownership: Take complete ownership of the morning service, ensuring all guests receive a top-tier, premium breakfast experience.

• Kitchen Opening: Manage the early morning kitchen opening procedures to exact operational standards, preparing the line and stations for service.

• Digital Compliance: Oversee digital kitchen logging by accurately completing the Mobaro compliance system at the start of each day, ensuring all statutory food safety checks are recorded.

• Food Production: Prep, cook, and present all breakfast menu items in strict accordance with company specifications and quality rules.

• Shift Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the morning kitchen team to ensure a smooth, calm, and efficient breakfast service under pressure.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Head Chef, or senior chef within a high-volume hotel or premium hospitality environment.

• Tech-Savvy Operations: Strong organisational skills with comfort using digital kitchen management and compliance systems (such as Mobaro, Feed It Back, or similar).

• Leadership: Natural leadership abilities to confidently supervise the team during the peak morning rush.

• Attributes: An early riser with exceptional punctuality, a proactive work ethic, and sharp attention to detail.
