Salary: £28,929 per annum
Hours: Full-time, including weekends – Breakfast and Lunch Shifts

Job Summary:
Pineapple Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a renowned English pub hotel that blends historic charm with modern culinary excellence. Recognised as one of the Top 50 Gastropubs in the UK and boasting a 2AA Rosette-winning menu, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Breakfast Chef to join a dynamic and forward-thinking kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve all breakfast items, both hot and cold, to a high standard
• Support the kitchen brigade with mise en place and lunch preparation
• Manage breakfast stock and place orders using the kitchen ordering system
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organised
• Assist senior chefs in the smooth running of kitchen operations throughout the day
• Understand and work within specified food margins
• Follow recipe guidelines and uphold the quality expected from a top-tier gastropub

Skills and Attributes:

• Genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end venue preferred
• Strong knife skills and kitchen knowledge
• Solid understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
• Creative, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
