The Opportunity

Our client is an internationally renowned, world-class sporting venue with a prestigious history and a reputation for excellence. Following the hosting of major global championships, they are looking for a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join their award-winning hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Service: Prepare and serve premium breakfast dishes and light lunches to a high standard for members and guests.

• Service Management: Take ownership of the morning service, working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Operational Standards: Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene practices while managing kitchen equipment.

• Independence: Use your own initiative to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during early morning starts.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Experience: Proven background as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional, high-standard kitchen.

• Reliability: Comfortable with early morning starts and capable of working independently.

• Skills: Strong culinary craft skills with a focus on consistency and presentation.

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety legislation and kitchen operations.
