The Opportunity
Our client is an internationally renowned, world-class sporting venue with a prestigious history and a reputation for excellence. Following the hosting of major global championships, they are looking for a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join their award-winning hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Service: Prepare and serve premium breakfast dishes and light lunches to a high standard for members and guests.
Service Management: Take ownership of the morning service, working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Operational Standards: Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene practices while managing kitchen equipment.
Independence: Use your own initiative to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during early morning starts.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Experience: Proven background as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional, high-standard kitchen.
Reliability: Comfortable with early morning starts and capable of working independently.
Skills: Strong culinary craft skills with a focus on consistency and presentation.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety legislation and kitchen operations.
