Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,500-£28,000

You’ll be joining a venue that prides itself on creating memorable dining moments, celebrating seasonal and locally sourced produce in a laid-back yet elegant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Brasserie Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
Deliver outstanding service and ensure every guest experience is of the highest quality
Lead, motivate and inspire the team to uphold excellent hospitality standards
Manage service times efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional environment
Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and people
Supervisory experience within a quality food and beverage environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Exceptional attention to detail and customer care skills
Confident communicator with great time management
Due to the rural location, access to your own transport is essential
