Working closely with the F&B Manager & Brasserie Manager, you’ll lead the team, support staff development, and enhance the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist the F&B Manager and Brasserie Manager with daily operations to uphold high service standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and workflow between the front-of-house and kitchen.
- Customer Relations: Address inquiries, handle complaints, and strive for guest satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order stock as needed to maintain smooth service.
- Promotions & Events: Help implement promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
- Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Financial Contribution: Participate in weekly financial reporting to support budget objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a busy restaurant, brasserie, or café.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a sharp eye for detail.
