The Opportunity
A beautifully restored countryside hotel in Berkshire is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join its food and beverage team. The venue offers refined dining, a stylish bar, and hosts a variety of events including weddings, private parties, and corporate functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys crafting drinks, engaging with guests, and working in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Provide warm and professional service to guests at the bar and during events
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Support the setup and breakdown of bar service for weddings and functions
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role preferred
• Confident knowledge of classic cocktails and drink presentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to commute or relocate to the Berkshire area before starting
