Job Title: Bar Manager
Location: Worcester
Salary: £25,000 + Tips
Schedule: 4 Days On, 3 Days Off

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to join a unique hospitality venue that prides itself on exceptional service and outstanding, home-grown produce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service

• Lead and manage the bar team, providing guidance and training

• Design and develop seasonal drinks and cocktail menus

• Maintain stock levels, manage orders, and control inventory

• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety, and hygiene standards

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to deliver a high-quality guest experience

About You:

• Previous experience in a bar management or senior bar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for hospitality, drinks, and delivering excellent customer service

• Creative flair and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Knowledge of stock control and bar operations best practices
