The Opportunity

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring smooth service, outstanding guest experiences, and seamless team coordination. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior team to uphold high standards and contribute to the success of this award-winning establishment.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guest Experience – Ensuring exceptional service standards to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Operations & Service Management – Overseeing the front-of-house team and daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Team Leadership – Supporting and motivating the team, assisting with training, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Stock & Financial Management – Helping to manage budgets, stock levels, and cost controls to drive profitability.
  • Event Coordination – Assisting in the planning and execution of weddings, private functions, and special events.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Ensuring adherence to food hygiene, licensing laws, and health & safety regulations.
