Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on, varied role, you will work across a diverse client portfolio, acting as a trusted key contact and delivering high-quality accounting solutions.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate statutory financial statements and regular management accounts for a range of clients.

• Taxation: Complete associated corporate and personal tax computations alongside year-end filing.

• Client & Director Support: Work hand-in-hand with practice Directors to support clients with ongoing advice and handle day-to-day financial queries.

• Team Collaboration: Support colleagues, mentor junior team members, and assist the senior leadership team with workflow delivery.

About You

• Practice Experience: Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment is essential.

• Qualifications: Fully ACA/ACCA qualified, or actively studying (part-qualified).

• Software Knowledge: Strong working proficiency with modern cloud accounting software (such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Precision & Drive: Excellent accuracy in preparing and reviewing client files, with the self-motivation to manage your own workload and hit deadlines.

• Communication: Confident, clear written and verbal communication skills with a natural, professional approach to client service.
